eClerx Services Limited

eClerx is a leading knowledge process outsourcing company offering middle/back office operations support to over 30 Fortune 500 companies. It was established in 2000 by Anjan Malik and PD Mudhra and was publicly listed on the BSE and NSE in 2007. eClerx is headquartered in Mumbai, India and has five delivery centers across India. Its clients include the world’s leading Financial Services, High Tech, Broadband, Media & Entertainment, eCommerce & Retail, Industrial Manufacturing & Distribution, Software and Travel companies.

Anjan Malik and PD Mundhra graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business. They had successful careers in investment banking and reconnected in 1999. Together, the co-founders identified an opportunity in the outsourcing space for outsourced services model for large organizations. Thus in 2000, they co-founded eClerx and divided their leadership. PD focuses on developing operations capabilities from Mumbai and Anjan heads client engagement from London.

To promote entrepreneurship amongst employees, eClerx started a program named eMagine, under which eClerx funds ideas and help them scale to the next level. BuyTestSeries.com was one of the ideas selected under the program and thereby was funded by eClerx.
